GOOD PUNJABAN — STORE POLICIES

This Store Policy applies to all purchases made directly through www.goodpunjaban.com.
Policies may be updated without prior notice. We encourage customers to review this page before placing an order.

Our garments are crafted with care, many of them on a made-to-order or customised basis. We strive to deliver premium quality and an exceptional customer experience.

Please read the following policies carefully before placing an order.


1. GENERAL POLICY

  • By placing an order on www.goodpunjaban.com, you agree to our Store Policies and Terms of Service.

  • All products are made with the highest quality standards. Variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur, especially in handcrafted pieces. These are not considered defects.

  • Goods are sold on a final sale basis, with limited exceptions noted below.


2. NO RETURNS / NO REFUNDS POLICY

  • We do not offer returns or refunds on any order.

  • All sales are final once an order is placed.

  • Please carefully select your size, colour, and specifications before completing your purchase.


3. MADE-TO-ORDER & CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS

Most garments are produced specifically upon your order.

  • Customised, altered, personalised, or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

  • Custom orders include:

    • Personalized sizing or measurements

    • Custom colours

    • Design modifications

    • Any piece made specifically on customer request

  • No cancellations or refunds apply to customised or made-to-order items.


4. SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY (Limited Cases Only)

A one-time size exchange may be offered only under the following conditions:

  • The product is NOT customised or made-to-order.

  • A request is raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with all tags intact.

  • Only one size exchange is permitted per product. Multiple exchanges are not allowed.

  • Size exchanges are subject to availability. If unavailable, store credit may be issued (non-refundable, non-transferable).

Good Punjaban reserves the right to refuse exchanges if the item shows signs of wear, alteration, fragrance, makeup stains, or damage.


5. NO CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, including pre-paid and COD orders (where applicable).

  • No refunds or credit notes will be issued for cancelled or abandoned orders.


6. SALE / PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

  • Items purchased during SALE, Clearance, Promotions, or using discount codes are considered final sale.

  • No returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds are permitted on discounted products.


7. DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT ITEMS

Although rare, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Provide clear unboxing videos and photographs of:

    • The parcel

    • The inner packaging

    • The invoice

    • The product

  • Claims without proof will not be accepted.

  • Good Punjaban will review the issue and offer a resolution at its sole discretion (repair, replacement, or size exchange where applicable).

Damage due to customer handling is not covered.


8. COLOUR, FABRIC & ARTISANAL VARIATIONS

  • Due to screen differences, lighting, and the nature of handcrafted or hand-dyed products, minor variations may occur.

  • Natural variations are normal and not considered defects.

  • Such variations are not eligible for returns or refunds.


9. WRONG ADDRESS / NON-DELIVERY

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

  • If a parcel is undelivered due to incorrect address, refusal to accept, or unavailability:

    • No refund will be issued

    • Redelivery may be arranged at an additional shipping cost

  • If international shipments are returned or destroyed due to unpaid duties/taxes, no refund will be issued.


10. ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY

  • Processing times vary due to the handcrafted nature of our products.

  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided but may vary due to:

    • Production schedules

    • High-demand seasons

    • Courier delays

    • Force majeure events

  • Delays do not qualify for cancellations, returns, or refunds.


11. PAYMENT-RELATED POLICIES

  • Orders will only be processed after successful payment.

  • In case of payment failure, orders will not be confirmed.

  • Any duplicate payments made accidentally will be refunded to the original payment method after verification (may take 7–10 working days).


12. PRODUCT CARE

  • Each garment comes with specific care instructions.

  • Dry clean only unless otherwise specified.

  • Good Punjaban is not responsible for damage caused due to incorrect wash care.


13. PACKAGING

  • All products are quality-checked, packed securely, and sealed before dispatch.

  • Tampered packaging must be reported immediately upon delivery with photographic evidence.


14. FRAUD PREVENTION

Good Punjaban reserves the right to:

  • Verify identity

  • Request additional information

  • Cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders

This is to protect both customers and the brand.


15. STORE CREDIT (If Applicable)

In rare cases where Good Punjaban offers a store credit:

  • It is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance

  • It is non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash

  • It must be used in a single transaction


16. POLICY CHANGES

Good Punjaban reserves the right to amend these policies at any time. Customers are encouraged to review this page regularly.
